Getting Started
Is CMX Bundles easy to set up?+
Yes. Install the app, create an offer in the app dashboard and publish it. No coding is required.
Do you offer a free plan?+
Yes. The Free plan includes 1 active campaign with product bundles, quantity breaks, BOGO, volume discounts and free-gift campaigns, with no time limit.
Do I need a credit card to start?+
No. You can install CMX Bundles and use the Free plan without entering any payment details.
Does it work with my Shopify theme?+
Yes. CMX Bundles works with any Shopify theme, and the widget's colors, text and layout can be matched to your store's design.
Pricing & Billing
Which plans are available?+
Free and Pro. Pro is $5.99/month with a 7-day free trial. Billing is handled through Shopify.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes. The Pro plan includes a 7-day free trial. The Free plan itself has no time limit.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?+
Yes. Billing is handled through Shopify, so you can change plans or cancel at any time from your Shopify admin.
What happens if I exceed the Free plan limit?+
The Free plan supports 1 active campaign. To run more campaigns at once, upgrade to Pro for unlimited active campaigns.
Features
Can I create mix & match bundles?+
Yes. Mix & Match bundles and the Bundle Builder are included in the Pro plan.
How are discounts applied?+
Discounts are applied natively at Shopify checkout, so the price shoppers see in the widget is the price they pay.
Will CMX Bundles slow down my store?+
No. The widget loads asynchronously and is built to have minimal impact on page speed, so your storefront stays fast.
Account & Data
What happens if I uninstall the app?+
Your bundle offers and the storefront widget are removed immediately. Uninstalling does not affect your products, orders or other store data.
