Using CMX Bundles

By installing CMX Bundles on your Shopify store, you agree to these terms. CMX Bundles is provided through the Shopify App Store and is subject to Shopify's own terms of service in addition to these.

Plans and Billing

CMX Bundles offers a Free plan and a Pro plan. Pro is billed monthly through Shopify's billing system and includes a 7-day free trial. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from within the app or your Shopify admin; charges already billed are not refunded except where required by law.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to disrupt its operation, or use it to display misleading or unlawful offers to your customers. We reserve the right to suspend access for accounts that violate these terms or Shopify's platform policies.

Availability

We aim to keep CMX Bundles available and performant but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, change or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

Limitation of Liability

CMX Bundles is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
